.Day one: principles of credit, SIMAH, credit card: Visa & Master Card, background, issuer & acquirer, functions, features & benefits, types & co-branded cards, pricing policy rules & bank’s offer/s, with group discussions, case studies, practical exercises & role-plays.
.Day two: personal finance: general overview, Al-Tawarouq Islamic, types, top-ups, lending criteria & pricing policy rules, features & benefits & bank’s offer/s, with group discussions, case studies, practical exercises, & role-plays.
.Day three: Mortgage: general overview, Al-Murabaha & Ijarah Islamic, types, lending criteria & pricing policy rules, features, benefits & bank’s offer/s, & financial calculations for both personal finance & mortgage, with group discussions, case studies, practical exercises & role-plays.
